WHY INVESTING LOS ANGELES AREA VS. SAN FRANCISCO AREA

The San Francisco area is highly relying on high-tech industry which is too risky in long-term investment. Los Angeles area has diversified industries including high-tech, bio-tech, entertainment, government, international trade, import/export and media industries as well as more universities than San Francisco area. In addition, LA area has much larger population than SF area, and are expecting much bigger expansion than SF area. In addition, China may consider invest hundreds of billion dollars in developing new energy technologies in LA area for the huge China markets. From 2015, the new LA airport may become the largest hub to China with about 10-15 shuttle flights to/from China every day and U.S. may open the visa policy to lots of Chinese people with enough funds in a U.S. bank or other means, because at that time, China's economy may reach the standard of Korea, Hong Kong and 90's Japan. For these upcoming Chinese investors, LA area is most probably the first choice.
